Terms of Service for Ahurix Social Media Platform

Introduction:

By accessing or using the “Ahurix” platform, you acknowledge and accept the following terms in their entirety. These regulations are designed to maintain the security, privacy, and order of our user community.

1. Account Creation and General Terms

1. Users must be at least 13 years of age.
2. The user is solely responsible for maintaining the security of their password and account credentials.
3. Using fraudulent identity information or impersonating others is strictly prohibited.
4. Each user is permitted to maintain only one primary account.
5. Creating bulk accounts (Bots/Spam) will result in permanent IP blocking.
6. Usernames must not contain insults or offensive language.
7. Password recovery is only possible through the registered email or phone number.
8. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is recommended for enhanced account security.
9. All user data is handled in accordance with the Ahurix Privacy Policy.
10. Deactivating an account does not imply full database deletion; activity history remains in the logs.

2. Pages and Personal Profiles

11. Personal Profiles are designed for individual identity.
12. Business Pages must provide proof of official business identity.
13. Using registered brand names for personal pages without authorization is prohibited.
14. Changing the username more than three times per month is restricted.
15. Public pages must refrain from posting immoral or illegal content.
16. Repeated reports against a page will result in account suspension.
17. Converting a personal profile to a Business Page is supported via settings.
18. Adherence to copyright laws for profile images and media is mandatory.
19. Deleting a page results in the removal of all followers and associated interactions.
20. Ahurix reserves the right to delete accounts inactive for over two years.

3. Groups and Communities

21. Creating groups for illegal or terrorist activities is strictly prohibited.
22. The Group Administrator is responsible for content published within the group.
23. Spamming within groups leads to user expulsion.
24. Public groups are visible and open to all users.
25. Private groups are accessible only via invitation links or admin approval.
26. Ahurix is not liable for disputes occurring within groups.
27. Unsolicited advertising in groups is prohibited.
28. Reporting criminal activity within a group will lead to the total suspension of that group.
29. Content moderation should be managed via automated filtering systems or admins.
30. Transferring group ownership to another user is available in settings.

4. Messenger and Communications

31. All messages are End-to-End (E2E) encrypted.
32. Sending bulk promotional messages (Bulk Messaging) is prohibited.
33. Any form of threats or extortion in the messenger will result in legal action.
34. The ability to block abusive users is provided.
35. Reporting inappropriate messages sends data directly to the monitoring team.
36. Ahurix does not read private message content for advertising purposes.
37. Access to message data is provided to judicial authorities only as legally required.
38. Deleting messages for both parties is possible within 5 minutes of sending.
39. Sharing malicious links (Phishing) within the messenger is prohibited.
40. Using unauthorized automation bots in private chats is forbidden.

5. Posting and Content

41. Publishing political content contrary to national laws is prohibited.
42. Publishing sexual, violent, or content encouraging self-harm is prohibited.
43. Users are responsible for all content published on their profiles.
44. The use of irrelevant hashtags (Hashtag Spamming) is prohibited.
45. Third-party copyright laws must be strictly respected.
46. Promotional posts must be tagged with “Ad” or “Advertisement.”
47. Posts can be edited within 24 hours of publication.
48. Visibility of posts is controlled by privacy settings (Public/Friends).
49. Publishing private images of others without consent is a crime.
50. Ahurix adjusts the post display algorithm based on genuine user engagement.

6. Stories

51. Stories are automatically deleted after 24 hours.
52. Saving stories to the “Highlights” section is supported.
53. Replies to stories are routed to the messenger.
54. Story viewing settings are customizable for each user.
55. Using external links in stories is limited to verified accounts.
56. Content regulations for posts apply equally to stories.
57. Misusing story tools to harass users is prohibited.
58. Taking screenshots of private stories is unethical and discouraged.
59. Deleted stories remain in the archive folder for 30 days.
60. Ahurix holds no responsibility for user-generated screenshots of stories.

7. Monetization and Revenue (AhurixPay)

61. The “AhurixPay” monetization system is exclusive to users with at least 5,000 followers.
62. Revenue is calculated based on impressions and authentic engagement.
63. Attempting to manipulate view counts (View Manipulation) leads to expulsion.
64. Financial settlement is performed monthly to the digital wallet.
65. National tax regulations apply to earnings within Ahurix.
66. Ahurix deducts a commission from direct user ad revenue.
67. Use of cryptocurrency services for payments and withdrawals is supported.
68. Financial identity verification is mandatory for withdrawals.
69. Accounts violating copyright laws are ineligible for monetization.
70. The platform reserves the right to adjust revenue rates with prior notice.

8. Technical and Site Management (For Developers)

71. The use of code injection scripts (XSS/SQLi) is strictly prohibited.
72. Penetration testing (Pen-test) is allowed only with official management approval.
73. Ahurix APIs are authorized only for approved applications.
74. Caching user data without authorization is illegal.
75. Database changes by the technical team must be tested in a Staging environment.
76. Using insecure protocols for data transmission is prohibited.
77. Daily backups of data are mandatory.
78. Adherence to “Clean Code” standards is required.
79. Bug reports submitted by users will be rewarded.
80. 24/7 server monitoring is required.

9. Dispute Resolution

81. Disputes between users must first be resolved via internal reporting.
82. The Ahurix support team responds to reports within 72 hours.
83. Decisions made by the Ahurix arbitration team are final and binding.
84. Users abusing the support team will be suspended.
85. Legal complaints must be directed to the legal department’s email.

10. Miscellaneous Provisions

86. Ahurix may modify these terms at any time.
87. Changes to the terms will be notified via in-app notifications.
88. Continued use of the site signifies acceptance of the new terms.
89. Users are not permitted to transfer their account to others.
90. Ahurix is not responsible for internet outages or third-party service failures.
91. User data may be used for statistical purposes (anonymized).
92. Usage of VPNs is allowed, but the user assumes all associated responsibility.
93. Any attempt to hack the system will result in legal action.
94. Ahurix assumes no financial liability for indirect damages.
95. Intellectual property of Ahurix code and design belongs to the company.
96. These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
97. Users must maintain polite discourse in the comments section.
98. Discussion of ethnic or religious tensions will lead to account restrictions.
99. Ahurix reserves the right to terminate user access without explanation if necessary.
